Accepted Credit Cards We
accept the following credit cards for online purchases: Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and the American express card. Please note that we
don't accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online
purchases. We also don't ship orders COD.
What is Paypal? Paypal is a safe and easy way to pay online. Pay with your credit card without entering your credit card number on our website.

Google Checkout If
you have a Google account or have purchased from other sites using your
Google account/Google wallet, you may also use this to pay for your
purchases from us. There is no additional charges for this.
Order Totals & Back order Charges The
order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered, plus
shipping and handling, discounts, coupons and any taxes charged.
Sometimes the invoice total included in your purchase may vary if an
item becomes unavailable. Shipping & handling and taxes charged to
you will be adjusted according to the new order total. If an
item’s back ordered, the charge for those items, including any
shipping and handling charges not applied to the original shipment and
any taxes won’t be charged to your account until the back ordered
item is shipped.
Charges for Exchanges & Returns Exchanges:
credit card exchange orders can be processed quicker by phone; simply
call us toll free at 800-827-1878. For an exchange order, we'll issue a
credit to the credit card on the original order. You may see a debit and
credit for the original transactions or the two transactions may offset
one another. The original credit card will be charged for the exchanged
item. If you want to exchange an item and not phone it in, or if it's a
cash order you are returning, please send us an email at
sales@elitedresses.com so we can process your RMA.
Returns:
for return credits, please allow a few days for your refund or credit,
we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping
and handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing
statements for your credit to appear. To check on the status of your
exchange or return, please check your order status.
