Flower Symbology: Pick the Right Flower Every Time

Flowers are used for so many occasions, including weddings, funerals, birthdays, and all other holidays and celebrations. The different fragrances and the buoyant colors of flowers have given way for them to have unique symbolism that dates back to the earliest times in the history of the world. Flowers also allow you to make a personal statement about how you are feeling and your wishes for the loved ones in your life, so choosing just the right flower for any occasion is often met with deliberation and conscious thought.

Listed below are some of the more common flowers used in floral arrangements, bouquets, and for special events. Some of the flowers listed have negativity associated with them, so you might to want to avoid picking them. Next to each of these flowers is their symbolic representation.
