Please contact us within 45 days of receipt if the item needs to be returned. The item needs to be shipped within 1 week after an RMA number is issued. If the items are not shipped within 1 week, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund (we had a customer wait 4 months to return a dress which was not fair, hence the updating of the return policy).
